CNM Legal is a specialist commercial law firm which focuses on funds management, financial services, licensing, corporate capital raising and corporate advisory work.

We are industry specialists and are now looking to expand our team. As we are a specialist firm, we provide a supportive work environment, where initiative, collaboration and personal growth is highly regarded and rewarded.

We are looking for experienced funds management and financial services lawyers to join us to meet our ongoing client needs. Ideally, you will be an experienced lawyer in one or more of the areas listed above and with the following experience and skill set:

  • Preparation of Australian financial services licence applications and variations.
  • Preparation of scheme documents including constitutions and compliance plans.
  • Preparation of disclosure documents for registered and unregistered schemes.
  • Demonstrated experience in being responsible for drafting advices, liaising with clients and managing a process.
